Helen Loveday – Executive Coach & Team Facilitator
Our Lead Coach and Managing Director of The People Development Specialists, Helen Loveday, is an International Coaching Federation accredited professional coach, coach trainer and supervisor, team facilitator and accredited assessor for leadership assessment and development centres. She has more than 20 years’ exec experience, including 15 years in the Middle East region. Helen provides in-person coaching, team facilitation and training in person within the UK and Europe and virtually across the globe.
Helen’s clients have consistently described her as warm, empathic and insightful. They have really appreciated her abilities to help them think clearly and from different perspectives, often about themselves and their roles, which has led to some huge, positive shifts in their self-belief, inspiration and motivation for change.
Helen began her career in the luxury travel industry where she was responsible for customer service skills, sales and ongoing professional development. In 2006, she moved to a global construction and property development organisation, where she worked in the Learning and Development field, designing and delivering a bespoke leadership programme and a brand new performance management programme. Since 2013, she has partnered with a number of leading Middle East HR consultancies delivering 1:1 executive coaching, assessment centres for recruitment and development and facilitating various leadership development and professional skills programmes. Helen has worked with many different industries with diverse organisations, developing entry level graduates through to senior executives.
Coaching training & qualifications
Helen has achieved the ILM Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring, accreditation with the British Psychological Society in Occupational Testing and a number of psychometric assessment tools. She is an accredited Results Coach with the Neuroleadership Institute and an ICF accredited coach. More recently, Helen has completed the Accelerating Coach Excellence Programme with the World Business and Executive Coach Summit and is also certified as a Self Belief Coach.

As Managing Director of The People Development Specialists, Helen Loveday provides 1:1 executive coaching within organisations, team facilitation, coach training and supports talent assessment initiatives. She also designs leadership development programmes and transitions organisations towards a coaching culture. Her clients include PwC, Dubai Airports, New York University, BP and NHS partnerships.
